Celtic recorded back to back away league wins for the first time since who knows when with a comfortable 2-0 win over Motherwell at Fir Park.
Jota was the main man once again and opened the scoring, but ex-Motherwell man David Turnbull stole the headlines with a stunning long range strike to seal the three points.
Ange now feels the team is in a more settled place than at any other time in his reign so far and that’s been reflected by a couple of important results in recent weeks. After an indifferent start we’ve now reached the dizzy heights of 4th place in the Premiership table but it’s clear to see that this side still have so much more to offer and hopefully we’ll see that play out in the coming weeks.
It’s another week to look forward to at Celtic Park with the visits of Ferencvaros in the Europa League first up, followed by St Johnstone on league duty on Saturday.
We’re also seeing some of our injured players such as Mikey Johnston return, with suggestions that Juranovic, Julien and Forrest aren’t far behind.
All in all things seem to be on the up – long may that continue!
